Plans & Preparation

We take pride in our specialized master planning process, from discovery, site analysis, & master plans Bioscape creates conceptual optimal plans based on location, slope, water, sun, rain, and much more! See below

With a Plan anything is possible

Creating spaces of resilience and abundance that sustain life in all it’s forms.

Food Forests & Orchards

Bioscape’s sustainable land planning creates a strategy into action where food forests, orchards, wind and sun barriers, and regenerative soil are key elements going into the land development process.

How it works

3 Step Process

Step 1

On-Site Discovery

Bioscape initiates the process by strategically having a discovery session with clients both virtually and a vital on-site scope of project. It includes an initial phone or in person intake and a thorough on-site discovery analysis. 3D Topography analysis report will be necessary to include in the on-site discovery intake.

Step 2

Site Analysis

Bioscape evaluates the data points from the On-Site discovery & 3D Topography map and creates a robust site analysis report. This analysis report includes location, views, slope analysis, water flow, site drainage, sun path, wind rose map, prevailing direction, frequency/direction, and soils analysis.

Step 3

Conceptual Master Plan

Bioscape uses all important information from the discovery and site analysis reports to then create a conceptual master plan. This plan includes optimizing zones with water plan overland flow erosion control, grading system, access plan, zone planning, agroforestry, reforestation, livestock, habitat restoration.
