Landscape Design & Installation
The overall goal for this project was to create a low maintenance yet still colorful and visually interesting landscape in an arid climate. Our clients had recently purchased and installed a large quantity of boulders and hoped to reuse them. With that in mind we developed a landscape design that utilized the boulders creating small mounds to mimic natural topography. We next created planting pockets within the mounds that added layers of planting throughout the space to soften the overall feel.
